There has been considerable debate over the years regarding Celestia's maiden name. The official marriage record states it as Steel. Lydia Baldwin Boyd in the pension records for Henry Boyd states it as Adams. In the town clerk's list for the Civil War, Henry Boyd states her name as Gould. Anyone know the truth?
