Parents were Charley Hall (1822-1895) and Mary Elizabeth Wingo Hall (1830-1911).

Married French M Melton (1855-1938) on 25 Dec 1878 in Kentucky.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nettie Melton, 82, who died at her home in Blandville Thursday morning of last week, were held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Blandville Baptist church, with the Rev. J.M. Burgess, officiating.

Burial was made in the Wickliffe Cemetery.

Mrs. Melton is survived by one son, Col. Harry Melton, of the U.S. Army Medical Corps, Columbia, S.C. and two daughters, Mrs. Vester Rials, Blandville and Mrs. W.A. Ashbrook, of Gage. Several grandchildren also survive.
