Mrs Maude Dierfelter, 84, of 8 Liberty Street, Ellenville, died this morning at her home. She was born August 15, 1872 at Eureka, the daughter of Sanford and Clara McKnight VanDemark. She was married September 24, 1890 at Eureka to William Dierfelter, who died a number of years ago. Mrs Dierfelter was a member of the Ellenville Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter Mrs Edrie Hoffman, at home a son Frank, of Napanoch, and a brother Orville VanDemark, of New York City. two granddaughters Mrs Constance Relyea, of Ridgewood, N.J. and Mrs Phyllis Costigan, of Napanoch, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p m from her late home. The Rev Ralph E. Spoor Jr. pastor of Ellenville Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville.
