McMinnville resident and Warren County native Eula Mae Estep. 85, died Aug. 26 at NHC Healthcare after an extended illness.
A substitute teacher with the Warren County School System and a member of Central Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Donnie Cantrell and Elizabeth (Reeder) Cantrell; and was preceded in death by her first husband, James Allen in 1971; second husband, Harold Estep in 1977; brothers, Herman and Bill Cantrell; and sister, Bessie Roller.
She is survived by son, Jay Worth Allen of Memphis; granddaughters, Brooke Allen and Alison Allen of West Lake Village, Calif.; daughter in law, Diana Allen of Memphis; sister and brother in law, Ruby and Vernon Jones of McMinnville; brother, Haskell Cantrell of McMinnville; stepdaughters, Christine Vaughn of Smyrna; sisters in law, Irene Cantrell and Bertha Cantrell, both of McMinnville and Elfreda Cantrell of Smithville; several nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. today at Charles Creek Cemetery with Vernon Jones officiating. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today at High's.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
