1768, Purchased land on North River, Augusta Co., VA.

15 May 1770, purchased 95 Acres on north sidee of North River of the Shanandoah.

CAPTIAN IN CONTINENTAL ARMY IN REVOLUTIONARY WAR:
3 Dec 1776 was elected Caption of 10th Virginia Reg. of Reg. Commanded by Col. Edward Stevens. Capt. David Laird's Company.

Will written: 5 Oct 1799 in Augusta Co., VA
Died August 1800 of "rheumatism".
Will probated: 1 Sept 1800.
