Born Sept. 30, 1926, to William and Coral Boomershine Cook, she lived in Richmond most of her life. She was retired from Tom Raper's RV's and was a member of V.F.W. Auxiliary 1108.
Survivors include three daughters, Trona Ann Hofacker of Silver Springs, Fla., Donna Sue Bailey and Bonna Gayle Adkins, both of Richmond; one foster daughter Debra Wheeler of Richmond; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; on brother, Elvin Cook of Richmond; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tron F. Bailey in 1994.
Service will be at 10:30 a.m Friday at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. John Tate officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30-10:30 Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Reid Hospital Foundation for Cancer Care.
