John Lochridge was a fighter pilot (P-38) in WWII. When he contracted malaria for the 3rd time they sent him home and he continued his military carreer as a flight instructor in San Antonio, Tx. He won several medals for bravery and other accomplishments during the war including a silver star.
He left behind six children and 10 grandchildren. There are now numerous great-grand children to carry on his legacy.
He was a gentleman and a gentle man.
