Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Jane Brooks, 54, of 861 Modica St., Bossier City, who died at 1 p.m. Saturday, will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Rose-Neath Chapel in Bossier City.
Dr. J. C. Murphy, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Bossier City, will officiate. Burial will be in Hllcrest Cemetery.
Survivors are her husband, James E. Brooks Sr.; her mother, Mrs. J. J. Godrey of Little Rock, Ark.; two sons, James E. Brooks Jr., of Shreveport and Ransom E. Brooks of Gainesville, Fla.; two daughters, Miss Edith Brooks and Mrs. Ben Warner, both of Bossier City; four brothers, George Anders of Owensboro, Ky., Robert Anders of Little Rock, Ark., Bill Anders of Sacramento, Calif., and Richard Anders of Bossier City; three sisters, Mrs. Raymond Taylor of Golden, Calif., Mrs. Pearl Maddy of North Little Rock, Ark., and Mrs. A. J. Turner of New York, N.Y., and 13 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be O. D. McHalffey, D. D. Wray, O. A. Reneau, E. H. Jackson, W. E. Piper and J. C. Madden.
