Kraemer, Shirley Jeanne Frane Born May 13, 1924 to Theodore and Irene Frane, passed away peacefully Wed., Feb. 5, 2014. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Otto "Bud" Kraemer; brothers, Donald, Kenneth "Bud" and Gordon Frane; and sisters, Lucille Sandwick and Elizabeth Barta. Shirley is survived by her son, Mark (Ranee) Kraemer; daughter, Sheila (Lloyd) Katusky; granddaughters, Paige Kraemer and Melissa Katusky; great-granddaughters, Elise and Naya; sister, Jackie Rouillard; brothers, Bill (Bonnie) and Dr. Gerald (Chris) Frane; many nieces and nephews. Memorials preferred to Guardian Angels, Elk River. Private interment.
