Ethel, WV - Eva Gail Adams Bryant, 63, of Sun Beam at Ethel, went to be with our Lord December 5, 2010, after a recently discovered illness and short stay at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington.
Born February 12, 1947, at White Oak, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Inis Marie Doss Adams of White Oak. Also preceding her in death were four brothers, Leslie, Sam, Linville and Harry Adams, all of White Oak.
She was a loving wife of 43 years to Troy James Bryant, and a caring mother to Tim Adams of White Oak, Randy and Paula Bryant of Kistler, Robin and Robert Patrick of Goldhill, NC, Susie and Eric Decker of Jane Lew, and Belinda Estep (Greg) of Sun Beam. She was a proud grandmother of Tiffany, Emily and Olivia Decker, Samantha Patrick, Heather and Troy Estep, Bryan Adams, and Alexandra and Shawn Gore-Bryant. Additional survivors include one brother, Paul Adams of White Oak, and one sister, Vernie Perry of Santa Barbara, CA.
Services will be held at noon Thursday, December 9, at the Mt. Era Old General Assembly of Jesus Christ Church of the First Born at Browns Run with the Rev. Jerry Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at the Bryant Family Cemetery at Browns Run. Pallbearers will be her brothers-in-law and nephews. Visitation will begin after 6 p.m. today at the church.
