Shirley Brockley Adamson, age 46, of Moorefield, Kentucky, died Saturday, January 1, 2000, at Nicholas County Hospital, in Carlisle, Kentucky. She was a former Jockey International employee.
Survivors include: her parents, Howard and Louise Ashcraft Brockley, of Cynthiana; and four sisters, Carolyn Moran, of Maysville, Linda Fralix, of Bracken County, Connie Joseph, of Salyersville, and Anita Forsythe, of Harrison County.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, at Ware Funeral Home, in Cynthiana. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 Monday, January 3, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bracken Memorial Cemetery, in Brooksville.
