Mrs. Alma W. Varble

Mrs. Alma W. Varble, 54, of 1408
E. Schantz av., .died at 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday in Miami Valley hospital
after an illness of three weeks. She
was a native of Indianapolis and
had resided in Dayton 31 years.

Mrs. Varble was a member of
the Belmont E U B church,
Acacia chapter, Order of Eastern
Star; Zeta Delphian, Browning club
and the Ladies Shrine of Bara
Court.

She is survived by her husband,
Albert;two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis
Yarnell and Miss Carol Ann Varble
of Dayton; two sons, Gene of
Dayton and Thomas A., in the
U. S. Air Force at Las Vegas;
Nev.; her -father, Claude Wilson
of Dayton; a sister, Miss Florence
Wilson of Dayton; a half sister ,
Miss Nell Ward of Dayton; two
brothers, Max Wilson of Dayton
and Victor Wilson of Muncie, Ind.,
and a grandchild.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m.
Friday at the Tobias funeral
home, 648 Watervliet av., by The
Rev. M. K. Klepinger. Burial will
be in Woodland cemetery. Friends
may call at the funeral home from
3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p. m. Thursday.
