Melda Lou Burns and George W Hall were married on December 21, 1896 in Colbert County, Alabama.
They had two sons: Benjamin and Albert 'Abe' Hall.
Melda and George moved, with their son Albert, from the Rock Creek Community of Colbert County, AL across the state line into Tishomingo County, MS sometime before the 1930 Federal Census was enumerated on April 16, 1930. The family of three lived on the rented property in Tishomingo County only briefly before moving into the Fairview Community of Itawamba County, MS.
After George died in 1934, we next find the widow Melda Hall living with her son Albert Hall in Itawamba County, MS, in the 1940 Federal Census enumerated on April 18, 1940. Melda died in Itawamba County, MS in 1945.
