Immediately following the birth of his fifth son, Homer made the bold move west with his large, young family, relocating to Longview, Washington and taking on a new career as district manager for the Equitable Life Assurance Society.

He meant the world to us. He will be dearly missed, but needless to say, he left his mark on this world and his family legacy will endure.
