Philip C. Beaulieu, 57, of 7110 Canyon Road E., died Monday. Born in Eau Claire, Wis., he lived in the Tacoma and Puyallup area since 1938. He worked at the United Cerebral Palsy Sheltered Workshop and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Survivors include four sisters, Joyce C. Andrews of Puyallup, Jean McGilvery of Winlock, Delores Kelly of Tonasket, and Betty Rabren of Andalusia, Ala.; two brothers, John Beaulieu and George Berry, both of Tacoma; and numerous nieces and nephews.
