Peggy Ann Fisher, age 54, of Esopus died Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at New York Presbyterian Hospital?Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Peggy was born November 17, 1956 in Kingston, NY, the daughter of Oliver J. and Marie (Dammeir) Fisher.
Peggy was an avid bowler. She was a Hall of Fame member of the Kingston Women's Bowling Association. She was a avid gardener, and loved to travel. She was employed by Freihofer, New Paltz, NY.
She is survived by her parents, Oliver J. and L. Marie (Dammeir) Fisher; dear friend, Audrey Maiolo at home; sister,Betty and husband Mike Watts, of New
Paltz; brothers: Lee John Fisher and wife, Cheryl of New Paltz; Bill Fisher and wife, Kathy of NEw Paltz; uncle, Bob Dammeir and wife, Debbie of Glendale, AZ; nieces and nephews: Kristen and Fred Fischer; Heather and Mark Nielson; Scott and Kacie Fisher; Nick and Lauren Fisher; Rachel Fisher; Adrienne, Danielle, Wesley and Natalee Watts; great-nieces and nephews: JAcob, Brett, Sean, Annsley, and Hailey.
Calling hours will be Monday, June 13 from 1-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Copeland Funeral Home, Inc., 162 South Putt Corners Road, New Paltz, NY. The Funeral will be Tuesday, June 14, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Howard Major III officiating. Burial will follow in Lloyd Cemetery, Highland, NY.
