Mrs. Isabell Mary (Bange) Capps, 81, passed away Monday night, October 15, 2012 at St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born April 30, 1931 in Sanborn, IA, she was the daughter of Valentine Henry and Genevieve Theresa Friedrick Bange. She was united in marriage on June 29, 1957 in Elsberry to Everette Keeling Capps. This union was blessed with three sons: Robert Dale, Ronald Wayne and Daniel Eugene. She worked as a seamstress for many years for Ron Hern and Bobbin Along. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, Local # 494. She was also a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Valentine and Genevieve Bange; five brothers: Cecil Bange as a child, Joe Bange in 1989, Francis Bange in 1992, Arthur Bange in 2006 and Herbert Bange in 2007; and her beloved husband of 40 years, Buddy Capps on August 23, 1997.

Survivors include three sons: Robert Capps, Ronald Capps and Danny Capps and his wife, Becky, all of Elsberry; and three grandchildren. She also leaves one brother, Bernard Bange and his wife, Donna, of Elsberry; one sister, Clara Hammond and her husband, Manford, also of Elsberry; three sisters-in-law: Alicia Bange and Louise Bange, both of Elsberry, and Darlene Bange of Eolia, MO; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
