Mrs. Hattie M. Brammer, 75, of 2713 S. 6th St., died Friday evening at home. She was born December 29, 1902, in Lincoln County, W.Va., the daughter of the late Enis and Susie McComas Bias. She is survived by her husband, Howard L. Brammer; three daughters, Mrs. Lillian Brammer of Chesapeake; Mrs. Helen Brown of Charleston, W.Va.; Mrs. Annie Johnson of Greenup, Ky.; a son Theodore Patner Kramer of Beltsville, Md.; a brother, Miley Bias of Toledo, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Sydenstricker Church of Ironton. Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday at Schneider Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Eastern officiating. Burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. Friends make call at the Funeral Home 6 to 9 PM tonight and Monday.

Married first to Herbert Eugene Kramer 16 Aug 1918 and had 3 daughters and and one son - gave her son (Ted) up at an orphanage
Married second to Howard Lawrence Brammer 11 Sep 1931
no children with Howard
