MRS JOHN KNIGHT
Mrs. John Knight of Cuba suffered paralytic stroke on last Friday morning and was relieved only by death late in the afternoon. Mrs. Knight was 81 years old and one of the oldest residents of the county. She has been a widow for nearly thirty years and leaves three children, Ed Knight of Lincoln township, Mrs. Jane Smith of Sabetha, Kans., and Henry Knight of Oklahoma, the two former of whom were with the deceased at the last.
Mrs. Knight had lived to a ripe old age and had performed many good deeds which will never be forgotten by a long list of friends.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Rath at the M. E. church Sunday and interment was made in the Willoughby cemetery.
