The manager of Frederick Richard Garver's Find A Grave Memorial and the author of his "bio" is Bruce Morton Garver, who is a third-great-grandson of Jacob Garver (April 5, 1794, to February 26, 1868), who is a brother to Leonard J. Garver (1788 to 1875), the paternal great-grandfather of Frederick Richard Garver (1899-1951). Frederick Richard Garver is a third cousin to Bruce Garver's grandfather, John Frederick "Fred" Garver (1881-1953) and his brother Harry Lee "Rusty" Garver (1883-1949). Bruce is a fifth cousin to Professor Dennis Irvin Knox (1934-2018) who created this Memorial and provided essential information about Frederick Richard Garver's family.

Frederick Richard Garver (1899-1951) was born on February 6, 1899, at Larned, seat of Pawnee County, Kansas, to William Eugene Garver (1854-1915) and Mary Ella (Shellhorn) Garver (1855-1931). Of their eleven children, Frederick Richard Garver was the last to be born.
The 1920 U. S. Federal Census recorded Frederick Richard Garver at the age of twenty to be employed as a telegrapher by the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad and to be residing with his mother, Mary Ella (Shellhorn) Garver on Toles St. in Larned, Pawnee County, Kansas.
According to Frederick Richard Garver's U.S., World War II Draft Registration Card dated February 16, 1942, he was on that daate residing alone at Junction in Kimble County, Texas, and was employed by the Humble Pipe Line Co.
Late in life, Frederick Richard Garver wed Ava Garver whose maiden surname and place of interment are still unknown. She is reported to be Frederick's wife by the time of his death on January 29, 1951, at Myrtle Creek in Douglas County, Oregon, and his interment several days later at Masonic Lawn Cemetery in Sacramento, the Capitol City of California. Frederick Richard Garver and Ava Garver appear never to have had any children.
