MRS. HAZEL BUSH CLOS, 61, of 209 Hixson Ave., yesterday died at her home following a short illness. She was a life resident of Syracuse and a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church. Surviving are her husband, George Clos; a son, Lt. Peter J. Clos of Omaha, Neb.; a brother, Floyd Bush of Chittenango, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 8:15 a.m. Monday at the Gang Memorial Chapel, 104 Fordham Road, and at 8:45 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church where a high Mass of requiem will be celebrated. Place of burial will be announced later. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
