Rachel Bahn was b 15 Oct 1829 at Hellam Twp. on the family homestead and lived all her life there. She d there 15 Aug 1902 at Hellam Twp., York, PA. She never married. She was stricken with a spinal condition in her early teens which left her an invalid the remainder of her life. She wrote "Annals of the Bahn, Liebhart and Harbaugh Families, 1731-1870" pub. 1870.
