Verban Eunice Mooney
Verban Eunice Mooney, our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother finished her journey here on earth February 15, 2014. She was born on December 1, 1917. She and her late husband moved to Chelan 36 years ago to be near their daughter.
As a member of the LDS Church she shared her talents of playing the piano and the organ. She also enjoyed playing the violin from a very young age. She had much love for her cats and they brought her great enjoyment.
She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Susan Yanac of Chelan, Wash., and her son, Dennis Mooney, of Lakeview, Oregon, along with her son-in-law, Ron Yanac and her daughter-in-law Joyce Mooney, plus 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 20, 11 a.m., at the LDS Church in Chelan, Wash.
