Rasheed Abdul-Mumin, A bus driver with Rta, died at Tulane Medical Center of heart failure, on Tuesday, 7-11-2000 He was 57. Mr. Adbul-Mumin was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, La. Survivors include his wife: Deborah Abdul-Mumin, A son: Richard Jones, two daughters: Sheletha Raymond and Sheleen Jones, a stepson: Mikel Ford, a stepdaughter: Miketa Ford, five brothers: Tommy, Charles, Curtis and Anthony Jones, and Hafeez Mumin, five sisters: Janie Argentine, Sylvia Mack, Patsy Jones, Marilee Thompson and Carolyn Jones and six grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Ave. On Friday, 7-14-2000 at 9:30 am visitation burial will be in Pineview Memorial Park Cemetery, Slidell, La.
