MRS. CONKLIN DIES, WAS ILL SEVERAL YEARS
Mrs. Edna M. Conklin, 61,of 85 Western Avenue, passed away at 12:30 o'clock this afternoon, after several years of failing health.
Mrs. Conklin, a member of the Oshkosh Salvation Army, had been an Oshkosh resident most of her life. She was born in Florence Wis., Oct. 31 1887, and had come to this city in her youth.
Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Robert Blechl, and Mrs. Laverne Johnson, both of Milwaukee; Mrs. Orville Rees, Oshkosh, and Mrs. Ernest Bigden, Chicago, ILL.; four sons, Wilbur and Arthur, Oshkosh, Marvin, Milwaukee, and Ralph, Minneapolis, Minn.; two sisters; Mrs. Harry Clansen and Mrs. Lafe Lusby, both of Chicago, and 16 grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Roman Sokilik, preceded her in death one year ago.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home, with Capt. Ellis Bollwahn of the Salvation Army, officiating. Friends May call at the funeral home Sunday afternoon and evening until the time of services Monday afternoon. Burial arrangements have not been made.

CONKLIN, Mrs. Edna M., 85 Western Avenue, 2 p.m. today at Fiss & Bills. Capt. Ellis Bollwahn of the Salvation Army officiating. Interment in Riverside cemetery. Musical selections were played by the Salvation Army string band, of which the deceased was a member. Pallbearers; Wilbur Conklin Jr., Robert Blechl, LaVerne Johnston, Roman Sokilic, Orville and Ernest Bigden.
