NEW BERLIN — Patricia McPherson Anthony, 87, of New Berlin, died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, in Cooperstown.
She was born March 17, 1912, in Toronto, Canada, the daughter of Gilles J. and Esta (Wolsey) McPherson.
She married Jack Anthony on Nov. 9, 1935, in Oxford. He died Jan. 17, 1984.
She spent her childhood in Canada.
Patricia is survived by several cousins, Helen Wilson of Arkona, Canada, Wendy Small of Barrie, Ontario, Canada, and David Burn of Toronto, Canada.
She was an auto underwriter for Preferred Mutual Insurance Company, New Berlin. She retired in 1977.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was a member of St. Andrew's Church, New Berlin.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, New Berlin, with the Rev. Charles Taylor, of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, New Berlin, officiating. Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Oxford.
Calling hours are Friday, Feb. 11, 2000, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Dakin Funeral Home, New Berlin.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Church, New Berlin.
Funeral arrangements are by the Dakin Funeral Home, New Berlin.
