About Robert Paul: Robert was born and raised in Burnham, PA and graduated from Burnham High School, Burnham Pennsylvania in 1930. Robert was one of many who entered the working world at the time of our first financial collapse, known as "The Great depression" and came to Washington DC a year after his older brother Roger Elliott. He obtained an entry level appointment to the U. S. Civil Service while continuing his education. He eventually earned a degree in Law from the George Washington University. Robert met and married Frances Virginia Lee Bierley of Arlington in 1934 and raised three sons in Arlington County, Virginia. He was a Management analyst with the Federal Government. He loved Hunting, Fishing and Golf along with tending a large family garden in Dominion Hills, Arlington, VA.
