Born June 7, 1896 in Wanatah, she was a daughter of Ernest J. and Bertha (Kalwitz) Henning. On June 7, 1924 in Valparaiso, she was married to Milton Roy Aigner, who preceded her in death on September 3, 1960.
A former teacher at Morgan and Flint Lake Schools, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was a member of the OES 164, National Retired Teacher's Association, Republican Women's Club, Delta Mothers, Rebekah Circle of the WCSC, and the Valparaiso Woman's Club.
