His life included living in a foster home for 4 years after his mothers death in August 1952; a brief couple of years with a step-mother in Corning; a late night move to Baltimore, MD in 1959 (to prevent his maternal family from taking custody of he and Gordon), a miserable childhood; dropping out of school; marriage; the birth of 2 sons; divorce, and a lot of miles on this countries highways driving trucks for various companies.
