Theodore Kendall Page was born June 15, 1833 in Orange County, Vermont to William and Permelia Kendall Page.
When he was 11 months old, they moved to Lorain County, Ohio and then in 1840 moved to Janesville, Rock, Wisconsin.
Growing up, Theodore, farmed land and worked in the pineries in Dodge County, Wisconsin. In 1855, he moved to Winona, Minnesota. Next, he moved to Freeborn County, Minnesota and was one of the first settlers of that area.
In 1856, in Steele County, Minnesota, he married Jane Montgomery. He farmed the area and lived there until 1864, when he sold his farm and moved back to Winona County. He bought a farm in Wiscoy Township.
Theodore was also involved in politics. In 1886 he was appointed a member of the Board of County Commissioners to fill a vacancy. Then in 1892, he was elected a member of the Board.
He lived a long life and died in March 11, 1921 in Swanville, Morrison, Minnesota at the age of 87.
