Walt Anderson (AKA Walter L. Anderson)

*Along with Billy Ingram, they Co-founded White Castle restaurants in Wichita, Kansas. It would become the first hamburger chain.
*Pioneer who made the hamburger a popular food.
*Created the first assembly line for restaurant kitchens.
*Invented the first paper hats for the industry.
*Always made it a point to have clean restrooms.

Every week I have to get a box of your frozen cheeseburgers because there are no White Castle restaurants in our area. I LOVE those little burgers, and am so grateful that you came up with the idea. Now if only we could have some of the actual stores do...(Read more)
