Kathryn Marie VanDame Anderson, 65, died at 8:45 AM Tuesday, July 19,2005, at Lafayette Home Hospital. Born March 3, 1940, at Portland Arch, IN, she was a graduate of Attica High School and had been a resident of Lafayette since 1964. She married Thomas E. Anderson on Sept. 2, 1961, at Williamsport, and he survives.

Mrs. Anderson worked at Sharp-Mitchell Abstract for 17 years as a loan processor. She had formerly worked at National Homes Acceptance Corporation from 1967-1987, and from1958-1963 as a secretary in the horticulture department at Purdue University. She was a member of Brady Lane Church of Christ and Eagles Lodge 347 Auxiliary.

Surviving with her husband are a daughter, Tamryn Chambers (husband Wayne) of Battle Ground; a son, Mark T. Anderson (wife Teri) of Attica; and four grandchildren. Preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Munsey.
