Mrs. Margaret Hessler, widow of Theodore John Hessler, died yesterday. [Monday] morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Peter John Green at Girard, Ohio, where Mrs. Hessler made her home since leaving this city several years ago. Her maiden name was Margaret M. Kintz.
Mrs. Hessler was born at Brady's Bend October 16, 1854, a daughter of the late John and Mary Anna Nitch-Kintz. Following their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Hessler resided about 50 years in Cambria City, where they were held in high esteem. For years both Mr. and Mrs. Hessler were active in the affairs of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mrs. Hessler's death occurred in Girard in May 1923. Mrs. Hessler is survived by a son Edward John Hessler, 306 Second Avenue, Cambria City and her daughter, Clara Olivia, wife of Peter John Green of Girard.
The body of Mrs. Hessler will arrive in Johnstown on the 5:04 train this afternoon and will be removed to the Edward Hessler home. Funeral services which will likely be held Thursday morning will be conducted in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, a mass of requiem to be celebrated by the Rev. Father Louis M. Maucher. Interment will be in the family plot in the church cemetery in Lower Yoder Township, which the body of Mr. Hessler is interred.

Hessler Funeral Tomorrow
Funeral services for the late Mrs. Margaret Hessler, widow of Theodore John Hessler, who passed away Monday at Girard, Ohio, will be held at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning from the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Broad Street, where a mass of requiem will be said by the pastor, the Rev. Father Louis Maucher. The body was brought to Johnstown last night and taken to the Edward John Hessler home, Broad Street and Second Avenue.
