According to United States of America, Declaration of Intention paper dated June 7th,1917 (not sure of this date due to type over) John Kuzera entered the United States on May 8, 1910, arriving at the port of Baltimore, Maryland on the vessel SS Necar from Bremen. It also states he was born in Sickcrzyna, Poland. He was 29 years of age. His Occupation is listed as machinist. Color/White, Eyes/Gray, Hair/Brown, 132 pounds and 5ft. 4in.
On August 23, 1937 John Kuzera Became a citizen of the United States.
Not sure if the spelling of city he was born is correct, but Sickcrzyna is the spelling on the document.Sieniawa, Podkarpackie, Poland seems to be the closest translation.
