Louise was born in Detroit, MI on Dec. 22, 1920 and was the daughter of James and Ruth (McKee) Reeves. On Jan. 25, 1940 she married George Chatterson who survives.

Louise was a member of the Church of St. Mary's in Alexandria, Daughters of the American Revolution-Anderson Chapter, P. Buckley Moss Society. She was an accomplished seam dress and taught a knitting class. Louise was a talented artist and enjoyed painting ceramics and plates. Louise was a devoted volunteer. She volunteered her time to serve as a Girl Scout Leader in Michigan and Indiana and serve as a Pink Lady at Community Hospital in Anderson. And Louise was an avid Bridge player.
