Death of Frank I. Chamberlin
Frank I. Chamberlin 76, 107 1/2 East Third street, retired car inspecter for the Chicago & North Western Railroad, died at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at the Winona General hospital after an illness of several months. He was born May 12, 1874, in Stacyville, Iowa, and had lived here 37 years.
He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Carmen and the Improved Order of Red Men. He was employed as a car inspector for the Chicago & North Western Railroad for 25 years, and retired about 11 years ago.
Survivors are his wife; one stepdaughter; two sisters, Mrs. George Roberts, Faulkton, S. D., and Mrs. Goldie Meek, West Concord, Minn., and one brother, Mason Chamberlin, Faulkton.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Fawcett-Abraham chapel, the Rev. W. G Hoffmann officiating.
Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel Tuesday after 7 p.m.
