Harold Francis Allen, 86, of Palm Springs, died April 10, 2002, in Palm Springs.

He was born Oct. 28, 1915, to Claude and Ina Levy Allen in Kansas City, Mo.

He was vice president with the National Iranian Oil Co. for 35 years.

He served in the Army.

He is survived by his wife, Esther of Palm Springs; his son, Corwin of Cape Cod, Mass.; his stepson, Chester Culley of Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Vivian Harkness and Violet Reed both of Long Beach; and two grandchildren.

Visitation is noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Palm Springs Mortuary in Cathedral City.

Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Ramon Chapel at Palm Springs Mortuary.

Burial will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier at a later date with Palm Springs Mortuary of Cathedral City in charge of arrangements.
