SEMINOLE (Special) Memorial services for Dr. Carlos Paul Alexander, 84, of Seminole will be at 11 a.m. Friday in First Presbyterian Church of Seminole.
Alexander died Tuesday, March 30, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
He was born Sept. 26, 1914, in Lamesa. He moved to Seminole in 1945 and practiced dentistry for more than 45 years until retiring. He graduated from Texas Tech and Baylor University School of Dentistry. He was a 53-year charter member of the Seminole Lions Club, a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Seminole Lodge 957. He was a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Permian Basin Dental Society and the Southwest Council of Boy Scouts of America.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; two sons, Henry of Redwood City, Calif., and Luke of San Jose, Calif.; a brother, Dr. Jack Alexander of Lamesa; two grandsons; and a great-granddaughter.
Cremated: Ashes in the Mausoleum.
