Mrs. Fanny Caldwell, 87, San Jose resident 69 years, died yesterday in a hospital here after several weeks' illness. She lived at 457 Laswell Avenue.
A native of Ireland, Mrs. Caldwell was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and Standard Life Association of Los Gatos.
Surviving are three sons, Ernest G. Caldwell of San Jose, Earl A. Caldwell of San Francisco, and Elmer R. Caldwell of San Carlos; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held tomorrow at 3 p.m. in Darling-Fischer Garden Chapel. Interment will be in Oak Hill Memorial Park. Dr. Mark Rifenbark of Trinity Episcopal Church, will officiate.
