Her husband's name was William Harris Adams. They married 22 May 1872 in Polk County, Texas. __________________________________________ In the 1910 Census, Ida is widowed, living with her son, Delbert H. Adams and his wife, Emma, and their two children, "Locke and Elmer".

The funeral services of Mrs. Ida B. Adams, who died suddenly yesterday morning at the home of her son in this city, will take place tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, the interment taking place in Glendale Cemetery.
Besides her son in this city, Mrs Adams is survived by three daughters and one son as follows: Mrs. J. M. Collins of Groveton, Mrs. D. L. Watkins of Houston, Mrs May Henry of Ponca City, Oklahoma, and W. N. Adams of Tenaha, all of whom are now here with the exception of Mrs. Henry, who will arrive in time for the funeral. Mrs. Adams was 68 years old and was most highly esteemed by all who knew her. She was splendid Christian character and will be missed, not only by the immediate relatives, but by a larger circle of admiring friends. Rev. O. F. Smith will conduct the funeral.
