Harold "Bill" Preston Barrett, 70, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 at his home.

He was born on Aug. 17, 1942 in Long Beach, Calif. to Harold and Reta (Rogers) Barrett, Sr.

After the death of his mother and father-in-law, they moved to Lake Havasu City. Bill was a member of the Elks Lodge, American Legion, VFW and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Bill was blessed to have so many wonderful and special friends during his life. He will be missed and always remembered as a hero to his sons.
