FRANKLIN — Jessie Roy Duncan Sr., 70, of Woodburn died June 27, 2009, at The Medical Center. The Logan County native was an owner and operator of a trucking company for 40 years and an Army veteran. He was a son of the late Wesley Sherman and Ruth Gibson Duncan. He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Ray Duncan; and a brother, Charles Elwood Duncan. Funeral is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Crafton Funeral Home, with burial in Woodburn Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Simpson County Honor Guard. Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. today and begins at 6 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Ellis Duncan; four daughters, Patsy Wagoner and her husband, Eddie, and Sharon Duncan, all of Woodburn, Linda Freas and her husband, Barry, of Franklin and Pam Harryman and her husband, Paul, of Bowling Green; two sons, Joe Duncan and his wife, Jackie, of Woodburn and Roy Duncan Jr. and his wife, Missy, of Franklin; a sister, Adeline Guffy and her husband, Gene, of Woodburn; 12 grandchildren, Miranda, Cory and his wife, Brandi, Casey Joe, Kristin, Abby, Shane and his wife, Jacqueline, Kameron, Jessica, Dillon, Heather and her husband, Jonathan, Sammi and Christopher and his wife, Samantha; eight great-grandchildren, Quavy, Kaylee, Allie, Carson, Diamond, Makenzie, Michael and Trent; and several nieces and nephews.
