Lloyd E Kimbley, 76, a lifelong resident of Southwick-Kendrick, Idaho, area, died of congestive heart failure Tuesday at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho. He was born Feb 1, 1922, to Isaac T. and Anna M. Dorendorf Kimbley near Southwick at Crescent, Idaho. He attended school there. He served with the Army during World War II from November 1941 through November 1945. He married Pearl M. Harter on Feb 21, 1948, at Lewiston. He worked in logging and construction. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, watching wildlife and playing the fiddle. He is survived by his wife at their Kendrick home; five sons, Burton G. Kimbley of Lewiston, David E. Kimbley of Portland, Ore., Thomas D. Kimbley of Juliaetta, Idaho, Alan D. Kimbley of Lady Lake, Fla., and Eugene L. Kimbley of Kendrick; one daughter, Linda J. Moss of Lewiston; two sisters, Margaret Craig of Moscow, Idaho, and Edna Magee of Lewiston; a brother Robert Kimbley of Southwick; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Hudson. The family suggests memorials may be made to the Juliaetta-Kendrick Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 182, Kendrick, Idaho, 83537. Malcolm's Brower-Wann Memorial Chapel in Lewiston is in charge of the arrangements.
