Former Palmerite Dies at Broadwater, Nebr. -
B. C. "Tim" Abbott, 71, farm operator southeast of Broadwater, Nebr. died suddenly following a heart attack Sunday, Jan 13.
Mr. Abbott lived here for several years on the farm now occupied by the Glen Dugger family. He moved from here in 1929.
He was born July 6, 1885 at Chapman and was married to Hulda Ida Sein at Grand Island, October 21, 1908.
The family moved to the Broadwater community in 1929. Mr. Abbott had retired recently from active farming and was planning to move into Broadwater.
He was accompanying a son to visit a doctor in Bridgeport when he was stricken.
