Betty Lou Frashier married Paul Eugene Gilbert in Charleston, West Virginia. In 1957 they moved with their family to Texas. They had nine children: Rodney Lee, Sandra Kay, Frank Silas, Davis Arnold, Debby Ann, Thomas Eugene, Jeffery Wayne, Keith Andrew and Curtis Douglas. Paul & Betty Lou later divorced and she married married Lawrence A. 'Larry' Bell 12-30-1987 in Galveston and they continued to live in the Galveston, TX area.
