SUSIE MARIE BROWN, 78, of Huntington, widow of William Howard Brown, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2004, at Heritage Center. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Phil Chapman. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. She was born November 18, 1925, in Wayne County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Jim and Rosa Huffman Travis. She was a personal caregiver. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, William and Judy Brown of Springfield, Ohio and Sam and Martha "Farfy" Brown of Huntington; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Larry Gue and Brenda and Barry Smith all of Huntington; 13 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Cecil Travis of Huntington; several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Reger Funeral Home.
