Mrs. Esther Holbert Fountain, age91 of Jasper, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2010 at Heritage Health Care. Visitation was held at Cagle Funeral Home on Saturday, August 7th from 11AM to 10PM and Sunday, August 8th from 8AM until just prior to the Funeral Hour. Funeral Services were held at 2PM on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Crossroads Baptist Church with Reverends Buck Parker, Robert Allen and Grant Wade officiating. Interment followed in the Church Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers were: Phillip and Jeff Taylor and Mark, Eric, Charlie and Nicholas Holbert.
Survivors include her Sons: Vernon Holbert and Charles Holbert, both of Jasper, and Roger Holbert of Florida; Daughter: Ruth Taylor of Jasper; Brother: Clarence Mealer of Douglasville; Sister: Bonnie Parks of Dalton; 10 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
