Hamilton Clark Sr., High Springs, died Thursday at his home following a heart attack. He was 69.
Mr. Clark was a member of the High Springs Methodist Church, the High Springs Masonic Lodge No. 137 and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lula W. Clark, High Springs; a son, Hamilton Clark Jr., Orlando; four sisters, Mrs. Alma Campbell, Alachua, Mrs. Gussie Dean, Gainesville, Mrs. Julia Abbott and Mrs. Elva Brown, both of Live Oak; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
CLARK, SR. MR. HAMILTON, Graveside funeral services for Mr. Clark, age 69, engineer with A.C.L. Railroad, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 1970, at Newnansville Cemetery, Alachua, Florida with Rev. Frank Seghers conducting the services. Burial will be in Newnansville Cemetery under the direction of William-Thomas Funeral Home. Mr. Clark who lived in High Springs, died Thursday morning at his home from an apparent heart attack. He was a resident of Alachua County for over 50 years having been with A.C.L. Co. for 45 years. In lieu of flowers, friends may send contribution to the Clark Memorial Fund, United Methodist Church of High Springs. Masonic Rites will be given by the High Springs Lodge 137.
