Lowell Fenner graduated from Arkansas State College with a B.A. in speech and played on the football team. After returning to his home state of Florida, he spent a career in Journalism, television, radio, teaching and acting. According to his obituary, "his most notable role as Judge Johnson in John Singleton's movie "Rosewood."
