JONES, deceased, haveing formerly obtained Judgment against JOSEPH BRAGG for the sume ofseven hundred twenty four pounds oftobacco and cost of suite and haveing elapsed his tYme for swearing out Execution brought a Writt of Scire Facias to call the said BRAGG into Court to shew Cause ifany hee could why Execution should not issue against him for the debt and costs, And now at this Court the Defendant faileing to appeare or say any thing in barr or preclusion thereof, the aforesaid
Judgment is revived against JOSEPH BRAGG for the debt and costs with all contingent costs thereon accrueing and Execution awarded thereon
